The MAINE House OVERWHELMINGLY passed the Senate's Marriage Equality bill, and it now heads to the Governor for his signature (which he's given good indication of). He may choose NOT to sign it, letting it become a law by default, but it would be much faster for MAINE's citizens if he just bypasses that procedural move to keep his record ambiguous and SIGN THE DAMN THING! He is NOT expected to veto.
